Arrangements have been agreed in respect of monitoring the League’s result input and verification for the coming season and they are as follows,
- Amanda Counsell (amandacounsell@yahoo.co.uk) will be the monitor and contact for Divisions 1 – 4 inclusive
- Toby Strang (toby@strang35.freeserve.co.uk) will be the monitor and contact for Divisions 5 – 7 inclusive
- David Derrick (david230275@googlemail.com) will be the monitor and contact for the two division 8s and the two division 9s
- David Derrick will also be responsible for the processing and issuing of fines related to results based defaults and will receive Club based submissions in this respect.

A reminder that clubs that wish to join the SCL Public Liability Insurance Scheme should complete the attached forms and return them tothe Hon Sec .by February 22 in order to receive cover from March 1st onwards. (This date is the one for the renewal of existing SCL policies). Many clubs have already returned forms, but others that were in the scheme last year have yet to renew.

| 2012 Fixtures are now available both by Division from the Menu or by Club from the Club Pages. Please note that extra Match 1 for Division 9SE has been allocated 21/4/2012 and extra Match 2 15/9/2012. These dates will be changed as and when these fixtures are arranged. |
| After popular request, club batting and bowling statistics are now available on the individual club page. These can either be printed or outputted to a spread sheet programme such as Microsoft Excel. This will be live data, so currently the 2011 figures are showing and will remain until shortly before next season. |

| Player deletion now available on the Club Detail update pages. Deleting players who no longer play reduces the number of players in the drop-down boxes and thus makes statistics data entry easier. This facility will remain in place until 1 week prior to the start of next season. |
